Alfred Cove Extension & Second Storey Addition

A five-month build for clients who came back for their second project with us: a second storey addition, a rear extension and a double garage. The house had a kit-form second storey from the early 1990s, so the upper floor was redesigned to be bigger and the outside walls were completely re-clad. It now reads as a rendered house instead of brick veneer with steel-framed weatherboard cladding.
