We opened up the front of the house for better flow and upgraded the kitchen, ensuite, bathroom and walk-in robe. The alfresco was reworked to lead onto the pool, which was drained, epoxy coated in 24 hours by West Coast Pool Coatings and given new fencing. A detailed look at the roof found brittle clay tiles flaking away and a structure that wasn’t right, so the whole roof was replaced. The back of the house is left for a later stage.
